Market, Sector Stock

Today is the first day of the imposition of tariffs.  The markets have been extremely volatile in anticpation of this day.   How do we evaluate our positions  in this uncertain environment?  We keep it simple - Market, Sector, Stock.  Using this formula can help to reduce the emotional response we have to losing value in our portfolios.
